Order Fulfillment: Pick up, load, and transport goods from the Alabang office to designated customer locations. Route Optimization: Utilize GPS or local knowledge of Alabang/Muntinlupa traffic patterns to ensure the most efficient delivery sequence. Safety & Compliance: Operate delivery vehicles (motorcycle or e-bike) in strict accordance with local traffic laws and safety regulations. Payment & Documentation: Handle Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions accurately, collect signatures, and update delivery status via the mobile app in real-time. Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage before departure and ensure items are secured properly to prevent issues during transit. Customer Relations: Provide professional and friendly service at the point of delivery, resolving minor concerns on-site as needed. Vehicle Care: Perform basic daily maintenance checks (tires, fuel, battery) and keep the delivery vehicle in clean, presentable condition.

Qualifications Education: High School Graduate or equivalent. License: Valid Non Pro/Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1 or A/A1). Experience: Previous experience as a courier, messenger, or food delivery rider is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in using mobile navigation apps (Google Maps/Waze) and delivery platform interfaces. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the streets of Alabang, Putatan, Tunasan, and nearby areas or Parañaque. Physical Stamina: Ability to handle loading/unloading and drive for extended periods in various weather conditions. Requirements Owns a well-maintained motorcycle or is willing to operate a company-provided motorcycle/e-bike. Clean driving record with no major traffic violations. Complete government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
