How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to your cart, review your basket, then proceed to checkout and confirm your order.
Can I choose item portions and sizes?
Yes. You can select weight portions (e.g., 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 kg), quantity, and add a special preparation note for each item.
What payment methods are supported?
Cash on Delivery is available for all orders. Card payment options are shown at checkout based on availability in your area.
How can I track my order?
Go to My Orders, open the relevant order, then tap Track Order to see live status and your driver's progress.
What is the freshness guarantee?
If you're not happy with the freshness of your order, report it within 30 minutes of delivery for an instant refund or replacement.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are accepted by the market. Once processing begins, please contact support through the order details page.
